Cairns Tropical Writers Festival 2016

Friday 12th to Sunday 14th August, 2016

This is your Festival

Welcome

In 2016 the Cairns Tropical Writers Festival will celebrate the wonderful environment of our Tropical coast, rainforest and mountains. It is the sensory muse that stimulates our creativity and makes us hold to our Sense of Place.

The Festival will be an exciting program of evocative writers and creative minds that will bring the Tropical experience bursting into life in words and images for our community and visitors alike.

The Festival program will offer the regional community a series of workshops and events early in the year which will lead up to the headline events of the Cairns Tropical Writers Festival weekend of 12th-14th August.

As the program grows we will keep you informed and welcome community input.

In the meantime, please visit our 2014 Festival site and gallery for a glimpse of the possibilities.

Please subscribe and let us keep you in the loop.
